KLHPS-13 is a high-performance single-acting U-rod or piston all-purpose seal that provides the driest seal in light and medium-load applications. The seals are injection molded with high performance U5203 material, easy to install and excellent low temperature resistance. When used in conjunction with a full-coverage retainer, the seal may be considered for heavy-duty applications. Unique design seal lip Angle provides optimal sealing performance.

| Material Type | High Temp (°C) | Low Temp (°C) | Properties & Characteristics |
|---|---|---|---|
| ACM | 150 | -10 | Used in diaphragms and hoses for automotive applications. Good resistance to heat, ozone, and oil. High BA content improves low temperature resistance. |
| NR | 70 | -40 | Excellent compression set, high tensile strength, and abrasion resistance. Good vibration dampening and bonding capabilities. |
| VMQ | 225 | -55 | Widest temperature ranges for application. Good weather and ozone resistance, though moderate mechanical properties. |
| PTFE | 250 | -150 | Extremely low friction coefficient, ideal for oil seal lips. Note: Lower elastic property. |
| TPU | 100 | -40 | One of the best materials for seal technology. High tensile strength, abrasive resistance, and tear strength. |
| FKM | 200 | -25 | Excellent chemical resistance. Tripolymer versions offer even better fluid resistance than dipolymers. |
| XNBR | 100 | -40 | Modified NBR with carboxyl groups. Enhanced tensile strength and abrasion resistance compared to traditional NBR. |
